*Student registrants must provide a proof of student status by uploading a copy of his/her university identification (ID) card through on-line registration system.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
1. For each paper, at least one author must pay a Regular Registration fee by 05 June (Early-Bird rate) accompanied with the paper Submission Number. Each Regular Registration allows final submission of one paper, plus an additional paper for an Additional Publication Fee of VND 3.500.000 (USD 150).
2. An uploaded final manuscript will be included in the conference technical program only after full payment of the Regular Registration fee, or an Additional Publication Fee if applicable. Upload of an over-length paper is allowed only after payment of the applicable extra-page charge.
3. All final versions of accepted papers are limited to four-six (4-6) US letter/A4-size double-column pages at no extra charge. Authors may upload over-length papers up to a maximum of eight (8) pages. However, an extra-page charge of VND 525.000 (USD 25) per page will be levied on the seventh and eighth pages.
4. Each Regular Registration includes 1 special gift, 1 welcome dinner, 1 banquet ticket, 1 conference digest, 1 USB drive proceedings, and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.
5. Each student registration includes all of the items in regular registration except welcome dinner.
6. Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
7. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
