ICSSE 2021, the next event of a stable ICSSE series, is co-organized by HCMC University of Technology and Education (Vietnam), National Taipei University of Technology (Taiwan), Nha Trang University (Vietnam) and Vinh University of Technology Education (Vietnam), will provide scholars, experts, engineers and practitioners from all over the world with a great opportunity to present the latest system design concepts, research results, developments and applications, as well as to facilitate interactions between scholars and practitioners. The proceedings of ICSSE 2021 will be submitted to publish on the IEEE Xplore.
